A. Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States and internationally through trusted carriers selected for their reliability and service quality.

B. Processing Time
• Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–4 business days.
• Made-to-order and bespoke items follow the lead time communicated at purchase.

C. Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order composition.
Applicable duties and taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

D. Delivery
Once entrusted to our carrier partners, transit times vary based on destination.
Clients will receive tracking information as soon as the parcel begins its journey.

E. Delays
Verderoccia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or conditions beyond our control. We remain at your disposal should you require assistance.
