SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At Verderoccia, each order leaves our atelier with the same care that defines our linens.

A. Shipping Methods

We ship within the United States and internationally through trusted carriers selected for their reliability and service quality.

B. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-order and bespoke items follow the lead time communicated at purchase.

C. Shipping Costs and Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order composition.
Applicable duties and taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

D. Delivery

Once entrusted to our carrier partners, transit times vary based on destination.
Clients will receive tracking information as soon as the parcel begins its journey.

E. Delays

Verderoccia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or conditions beyond our control. We remain at your disposal should you require assistance.

F. Returns & Cancellations

Made-to-Order pieces

Each Verderoccia piece is made to order in our Florence Atelier; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing selected at the time of ordering.

Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placement by contacting us at atelier@verderoccia.com.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at atelier@verderoccia.com .

A note on craftsmanship 

Please be advised that each piece is worked by hand by our Florence artisans. Subtle variations in embroidery, weave, and finish are an inherent expression of this process.

In the event of a size or design error on our part, or damage in transit, we accept full responsibility and will arrange resolution promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of placing your order at atelier@verderoccia.com.
