Verderoccia is an Atelier and all our orders are custom made. Special sizes and different embroidery colors can be offered for all categories such as bed, bath and table linens in addition to monogramming services. Please contact our Customer Service team to learn more about special orders on atelier@verderoccia.com.

You can check the order details and shipping status of your order by logging into your account. If you want more detailed information please contact our Customer Service team. Our Atelier will produce and ship your order within 1 month from payment.In case of high demand or special orders we will communicate a possible longer delivery time, before production gets started.

With proper care, Verderoccia bed linens will last for many years. In order to assure the long life of them, we recommend alternating your linens on a weekly basis.Three sets of sheets for each bed is a good guideline to follow: one on the bed, one in the wash and one in the closet.

Verderoccia recommends home laundering of linens. If outside care is preferred, linens should be laundered, not dry cleaned. Always follow the instructions on the care label. Mind that washing at a very high temperature or over drying are detrimental to your linens.

Machine wash warm using mild detergent.
DO NOT use bleach or whiteners. Wash dark colors separately.
Tumble dry medium. Remove promptly from the dryer.
Iron while damp.
Terry towels, bathrobes and bath mats should not be over dried.
Machine wash warm using mild detergent, on a delicate cycle.
DO NOT use bleach or whiteners.
Tumble dry low for 3-4 minutes.
Iron while very damp.

A little family tip:
To iron embroidery, invert the embroidery on top of 2-3 layers of terry cloth and iron on the wrong side.
Spray some water and iron on the embroidery pressing  gently down.
While ironing the hamstich, always pull on the corners with a full hand as otherwise you might create some folds.
Once a month, a glass of white vinegar added to the wash cycle will remove rust and calcium build up.
To avoid rust, keep the washing machine lid open when not in use.

Cashmere must be dry cleaned only.

All cottons will shrink to some extent, but we anticipate this by cutting each item  to allow for natural shrinkage. 

It is a real  pleasure to see a set of sheets crisp ironed on your bed. If you tumble dry them make sure you use a low setting, and remove them promptly while still slightly damp. The key is to not over-dry them.

Verderoccia is a young company taking pride in offering solely made to order products from our Atelier. As we keep no stock we can avoid overproduction and waste.  Therefore, promotional offers will be limited.

Prices displayed on Verderoccia.com are quoted in EURO by default, but clients can view prices in their desired currencies. All payments will be made in EURO.
Verderoccia accepts all major credit cards, using both STRIPE and PAYPAL. We cannot accept payment by check or COD.

Your selected method of payment will be charged upon order confirmation. Special custom orders will only be charged after email contact with our Customer Service team.

Most orders ship within 1  month, however, it may take up to two weeks longer based upon special custom requirements or high activity. Estimated shipping date will be confirmed  upon order confirmation.

Verderoccia will notify before an order will be shipped from Florence, Italy.

All orders will be drop shipped Delivery Duty Paid via DHL Express. Expenses for shipping and/or Customs will be covered by Verderoccia for orders above 500 EURO.

Rest of the world:
Shipping and/or Customs will be charged according to the destination. Our team will be happy to assist with the procedure.

For packages that are refused upon delivery, or are returned back to Verderoccia in Florence (Italy) the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and fees to import the items back to Florence, including the actual shipping costs to Italy. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery times for all shipping methods are subject to the DHL holiday schedule.

Verderoccia is an Atelier where each product is custom made to meet our clients’ expectations. Orders will go into the first stage of production, “cutting of the fabric”, 3 working days from order confirmation. Order cancelation must be communicated within this timeframe.Any modification of your order (although cannot be guaranteed) must be addressed within 3 working days to atelier@verderoccia.com. Please note that change may result in a delivery time shift.

We take pride in the high quality of each of our products, which are all custom and made-to-order; therefore all sales are final and ineligible for exchange or refund, unless there is a defect or error.

A Reference Return Number must be obtained in order to return any defected item(s) purchased through our website.

Your return request will then be submitted to our Customer Service team. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email which will contain the Return Number, pre-paid DHL shipping label, and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please be sure to write the Return Number clearly and legibly on the outside of the box.

Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. Please allow additional time to process returned items reported as defective/in need of inspection.

You will receive an email notifying you of your refund once processed. Eligible returns will be refunded for the full value of the returned merchandise to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a manufacturer error or if there was a shipping error on our part.

Credits to your account may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement once the return has been processed.
